Opening the book, the first image you see is the Cathedral at Sunrise. After waiting eight months for the fence to be restored, the week the fence was reinstalled, Hurricane Ivan broke the hinges on the main gates. After waiting another six months for the hinges to be repaired, the week they were reinstalled, the City of Mobile began a new sidewalk.
After a delay of over a year and a half, the Sunrise and Sunset images were shot, along with the Cathedral Gates.
